Saying Hello
What happens when we first meet?
Our first chat is just a slow, friendly way to get to know one another. You only need to share what you feel ready to, and we will focus entirely on making sure you feel safe and heard.
Is online CBT right for me or my child?
Online CBT can be a wonderful, effective way to support those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or school refusal. It allows for care in a familiar setting. If you aren't sure, please use our contact form to chat with us first so we can help you decide if it feels like a good fit.
How do online sessions work?
Meetings are held via secure video, allowing you to join from the comfort of home. We move at your pace and work together to agree on a gentle plan.
It is okay if you are not sure what to say yet. We can figure it out together and take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Many people feel nervous about reaching out. That’s completely understandable.
Taking this small step can be the start of things feeling a little lighter.
